How to display categories that have products only in the navigation menu?

Hi, I have created a lot of categories in the marketplace. But I would like to only display the categories that have seller's product assigned to it, so that customers will not navigate to a category that has no product at all. How could I achieve it?

Inactive categories are best hidden. Then the buyer will not see them. I did so for my site. You can visit and analyze one working page.

I can't say that my experience was very rich. I have placed only two orders on this website and am satisfied with each one. These were two simple essays, but my basic writing skills aren't enough to write at least an introduction.
