Delete error after npm run dev.

I downloaded an empty bagisto project (v1.3.1), and in Admin package I ran npm install and npm run dev commands.
After that the delete function everywhere in the admin side is unusable. I attached the error codes picture ( The error occured when i clicked on the delete icon in locales).
How can I fix this bug?
