If user has enter his address at time of checkout then that address should be saved as default address.

If user has not save his address in his profile then every time at checkout he need to fill his address.A functionality should be implemented that address which is entered at checkout time should saved as default address, and when user checkout next time this address should display as default shipping address.

This is irrelevant and not required as someone can also order for their friends, family or other person also.

This is required because no one want to fill address everytime for checkout. In magento also if user have checkout with any address then at next time of checkout that address will appear on checkout page, if user has use multiple address than all those address will appear on checkout page.
Please check the magento checkout functionality for this.Also please add an option on checkout page to add new address at time of checkout.
