Marketplace demo is asking admin warehouse while signed in as vendor.

The demo is asking admin warehouse for vendor's stock. -
Right now inventory management is at Admin's end. Here if a seller has its own inventory, Admin can create a particular inventory for sellers and seller can add products in its own inventory as created by Admin.
During shipping, Admin can use the seller inventory from the drop-down list and ship the product. However, you can also customise the marketplace module so the seller can create his own inventory and few changes in bagisto's core so that admin will be able to see the inventory as created by the seller.

I haven't check the shipping. Will the admin or the seller shipping the order?

There is an option for both. If Admin wants he can ship both his and seller products or provide shipping and generating invoice option to sellers.
