In order to autoplay the slider, You'll have to create a custom theme https://bagisto.com/en/create-custom-theme-in-bagisto/

Create your own slider from here and use a Javascript function "setInterval()" to set the time period for your slider.

Yes i did install it the old way, its working now even though it was installed the old way.
Does this new way necessary, should i reinstall using the new way?

I eventually get things semi working, by googling and running some commands.

Example when moving the storage directory as instructed into the new project, I had to first correct its folder permissions/owners.

I would recommend setting up a FAQ below those upgrade instructions so as to record and answer any troubleshooting.

The problem was some folder in Storage directory was not there. Cloudways does not provide root directory access. I just create those missing folder and it works fine now.
